Smallholder farms are the base of agriculture across the region, and the part of it least connected to a market that pays for quality. We build that connection end to end — technique and disease control on the farm, guaranteed offtake, cold-chain logistics, and a brand that stands behind what arrives. Today the chain runs across fourteen villages in Lao PDR.

Two sides of one chain
We operate the whole chain rather than one slice of it. We supply the chicks, the housing and the technical services to the contracted smallholder farms we buy from, and we process, distribute and sell their output under our own brand. Running both ends is what lets us promise a buyer steady volume at a steady standard.
